Governed AI Assist and India Compliance Control Tower are both enabled in the demo workspace so the investor path can show the real add-on boundaries, not a fake all-inclusive plan. Login is required because the demo uses the same role-scoped, secure retrieval, and tenant isolation paths as the product.

Demo setup prerequisite
Run the demo seed against a non-production database with DATABASE_URL or POSTGRES_URL configured. If the environment variable is missing, the seed exits with a setup message instead of pretending data exists.
